Golf History


14 day tour, Golf and See Scotland, for 16 persons

Day 1.
day 1 arrival at Glasgow airport, met and taken to Edinburgh Hotel. Check in then take an hour guided tour around Edinburgh before dropped for free time there. Dinner at hotel.

Day 2.
Early start (depending on tee time) to Gullane Golf Club: # 1 Course. Round of golf and return to hotel for evening dinner. Relax in hotel.

Day 3.
After breakfast head to St. Andrews play Links: Jubilee Course. After golf and a drink at course (optional) its time to head for the hotel in Perth. Dinner is waiting, followed by drinks if needed.

Day 4.
A
second day at St Andrews alternative course, or Gleneagles. Back to hotel in Perth for dinner.

Day 5.
Sightseeing day today - a break from golf (we can arrange local golf at Murrayshall if needed). We take party to Stirling Castle, Bannockburn and Wallace Monument. Afternoon a visit to a whisky distillery at Crieff with drinks! Back to hotel in Perth for dinner.

Day 6.
Montrose Links: Medal Course. Followed by dinner at Perth.

Day 7.
Early start for Inverness. Straight to Nairn Dunbar Golf Club where we drop off golfers while we check in luggage at hotel in Inverness. Collect golfers and take for dinner in hotel.

Day 8.
Moray Old Course, Lossiemouth. Back to hotel in Inverness for dinner.

Day 9.
Free day around Inverness or whisky and monster day out! Visit a distillery and some scenic views en route, while heading for Loch Ness for a wee bit of monster spotting. Back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 10.
Royal Dornoch Golf Club. Travel back to Inverness for dinner.

Day 11.
Jjourney down A9 stopping en route for refreshments before arriving at Glasgow. Tour of the city - our largest! followed by check in and free time before dinner.

Day 12.
Haggs Castle Golf Club. Back to Glasgow for dinner.

Day 13.
Last day golfing at Turnberry: Ailsa Course A. A fitting end to the tour. Back at Glasgow hotel for farewell dinner.

Day 14.
Homeward bound, drop off at Glasgow airport.

The Tour price excludes:
Travel to and from Scotland.
Travel insurance to cover loss in the event of illness or theft of baggage, golf equipment, etc. (trip insurance).
